Terms & Conditions

Course Registration
Participants will have to sign a contract for each course they are registering for. With his/her signature, the participant expressly accepts the Terms and Conditions.

Payment
The obligation to pay is entered into when the contract comes into force.
Course fees become due when the course starts.

Changes to the Course Schedule
Participants who are unable to attend training sessions have to inform us to that effect 24 hours before the scheduled session at the latest. If participants cancel their sessions later, we shall invoice them for the scheduled sessions. Training sessions scheduled for a Monday can be cancelled at no charge by 12 o’clock noon of the previous Friday.

Seminar Registration
Participants will have to sign a contract for each seminar they are registering for. With his/her signature, the participant expressly accepts the Terms and Conditions.

Payment
The obligation to pay is entered into when the contract comes into force.
Seminar fees become due for payment when the seminar starts.

Cancellation of a Seminar
Participants may cancel their registration within 30 days before the start of the seminar. No charges will be made.

If the registration is cancelled later, the following cancellation charges apply:
29 to 15 days before the start of the seminar: 50% of the seminar fees.
14 to 8 days before the start of the seminar: 75% of the seminar fees.
If the registration is cancelled at a later date, 100% of the seminar fees become due.

Participants may nominate a substitute.
